To get started on RedRabbit simply click on Sign up and follow the steps. After you completed the signup form you’ll receive an email from us with further instructions. As soon as we get the necessary documentation from you we will activate your account and you’ll be ready to start using RedRabbit. You can access and work on RedRabbit with any Computer, Mac or Laptop using your favorite browser. We recommend chrome!

Here’s a quick break down for you:

Signup fee: NONE
Once-off PayProp feed activation fee: R149 Incl. VAT  (to enable your data to sync daily from PayProp to RedRabbit – not applicable if you are not with PayProp)
Monthly license fee: R1299 including VAT.

Each RedRabbit license includes unlimited properties, tickets, inspections and emails. Your license includes 5 users & 5 mailboxes and additional users can be added for R129 incl. vat / user / month.

SMS credits are charged at 40cents per credit and will be collected with the debit order for the following month.

A license may only be used by one office – you’ll need another license for each office / branch if you want to add more offices / branches to RedRabbit.

The RedRabbit servers are hosted in the Amazon Cloud with Amazon Web Services. Our server environment is setup to secure our application and your data.

Amazon implements strict security measures to protect both the physical and network components of their data centers. On top of this we make use of firewalls to improve the security of our applications and your data.

All the data sent to and from the RedRabbit servers is also encrypted using industry standard SSL encryption.

Absolutely! RedRabbit will never share your portfolio data with any third parties.

Your data is owned by you / your company, and no one else can use the data you capture in RedRabbit.

By using RedRabbit you can rest assured that all your data is backed up regularly and can easily be restored during disaster recovery.

The inspection app is available for all users on our full inspection & maintenance package (See home page for pricing). We support both IOS and Android.

For the best experience you’ll want to use an Android Device running Android version 4.4 or later, or an iPhone or iPad running IOS 9.0 and later.

The RedRabbit Inspections app works great on both smart phones and tablets.

You’ll only need data to download and upload your inspections. You definitely won’t need to use your expensive mobile data while out in the field.

Simply download the inspections at your office or when you are connected to a WiFi network, complete the allocated inspections and upload the result once you are back in the office and connected to your WiFi network.
